PixiewareŽ Telnet Proxy Server

This is a simple PROXY server which intercepts and redirects TCP/IP communications to a different "port" ("channel") and/or IP address. When PixieProxy intercepts communications it can also manipulate the raw characters in the transmission, maintain a log file, or send-on untouched. Uses include: Analysing applications, where you need to "screen scrape" display screens for reformatting (e.g. for the web), when you are not able/permitted to alter the application. A typical use would be to accept a remote client's telnet connections on a server in PixieProxy, and pass them over the local network to the main server. The number of incoming TCPPORTS can be set in the .INI file. Can act as primitive router/firewall, only allowing certain trusted IP-address-sources through. Can map characters to other characters, e.g. as problem-solver for Russian and German users who have commonly-used ANSI characters which fall into the CHAR(251) to CHAR(254) PICK reserved character range.
